Refund Policy

At ZenvyCloset, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we currently offer Cash on Delivery only within Pakistan, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Cash on Delivery Orders

All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery basis. Customers are required to make full payment at the time of delivery. Please ensure you provide accurate contact and delivery details to avoid delays.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear will not be eligible for return.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The size or product differs from what was ordered.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as jewellery and selected accessories may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued through bank transfer or mobile wallet after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing may take 5 to 7 business days.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team with your order details. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake such as wrong or damaged items, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For other reasons, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
